Terms and Conditions.....

Cancellation
If reservation cancelled up to 24 hours before date of booking no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or no show then first night will be charged.

Payment
Guests can pay on arrival, at any time during their stay, or on departure.

Check in
Standard Check-in is from 2pm (14.00) and no later than 8pm (20.00). If you will be arriving earlier or later than this please notify us beforehand

Check out
Check out is by 11.00am. An extended checkout may be available by arrangement.

No smoking
The Springfields Hotel is a no-smoking house. Ashtrays are situated outside for guest use.

Pets
Although we appreciate our animal friends – pets are not allowed at Springfields. Sorry!
